I was so nervous for my daughter to get dental surgery but everyone there was so nice. They all made me feel comfortable.

My son had dental surgery at this location , the service since we entered the facility was warm and very helpful . We waited about about 4 hours over all , but throughout the whole process the staff was their to guide me and inform me of what was happening with my son. The nurse who took his vitals was so gentle and answered every question u had . The anesthesiologist came in and checked my son to make sure he was healthy for the procedure . Comes to find out he was their 14 years ago with my first child . He was super attentive and reinsured me that everything was going to be okay . The dentist also was very kind to my son . The staff at recovery were amazing too . My son came home and is doing great ! Thank you for everything!

My 3 yr old needed ALOT of work done and from the beginning I felt very comfortable. The staff was great, starting from the front desk always willing to answer any questions I had. This was definitely worth the one hour and a half commute. I would highly recommend Indio Surgery Center.

Great experience. First time having my 4 year old under anesthesia and I was a nervous wreck. They assured he was doing great. Explained exactly what was going to be done. We came all the way from West Covina, and I'd definitely come again if needed. Thank you indio surgery center.

Overall, we had a great experience at Indio Surgery Center. The staff was professional and friendly. Doctors and nurses explained the process and treatment to me thoroughly. Their reassurance every step of the way made me feel that my child was important to them and not just another patient of the day. My 3 year old daughter was in great hands from beginning to end. The paperwork/check in process went smoothly as well. I highly recommend this place for your child's dental needs!

I was referred to Indio Surgery Center for my daughter who's 5 years old who had to have work done on on several teeth she also had 4 teeth removed 2 silver Capps, 2 spacers and and two fillings. From the moment I walked in the office had a welcoming feeling although we're all under this covid-19 rules and regulations it still felt very welcoming my daughter had to be put to sleep to have the surgery done every step of the way there was somebody there who explained what was going to be done what to expect what to do after they even did a check up call the day after to see how she was doing . From the moment I got there to the time we left someone from Indio Surgery Center was always there for you showing care and concern that explain the process step-by-step all the way thru

All the personnel was lovely friendly carrying the doctor was polite and well-spoken understanding and friendly there was just one of the ladies in the front desk that could of been more caring towards the parents the way she speaks to them but the whole experience was really great for me and towards my child.

Indio Surgery Center made me and my 2 year old son who has autism feel very comfortable especially during this Covid-19 situation. When my son was trying to get into everything staff said I could wait on the paperwork. The team working on my son were very nice and informative on what they planned to do. They were also very patient with all the questions I had. They were quick! Once he was back there they finished in 20 min, then he was straight to recovery where he woke 30 min later. In total we were there 3 hours but staff had informed us of the possi le wait prior to our appointment so we were able to properly prepare. My son needed one white crown and a couple of fillers. His smile is so beautiful! Everyday we are happy! Once we packed him in the car about 29 min later he was fully back energetic, babbling eating and drinking right away with no complications in the following days. Highly Recommend!
